Nõva Break is a family business that was founded in May of 2018. We sell home-made bread year-round and run a tourist information café during summer. We are located in Nõva, Lääne-Nigula Parish in Läänemaa county. Come visit us if you ever wish to see the forests and beaches of beautiful north-western Estonia!
Nõva is an area now part of the Lääne-Nigula Parish, known for its beautiful beaches, unique for their so-called “singing sands”, but there is no shortage of vast forests and some of the best fishing lakes in Estonia. Many migratory birds pass through Nõva, and our forests are home to many wild animals, including moose, lynxes, boar, roe, foxes and wolves. The Neugrundi meteor crater is also located off the coast.
The “Hiking Route Along the Baltic Sea Coastline in Latvia – Estonia” also passes through Nõva, the longest hiking route in the Baltic states.
Tourist information café
We run our tourist information café in the same location as our bakery during the summer season. We offer coffee, tea, homemade cakes, hot dogs, ice cream and of course our homemade bread. We also offer various brochures and maps of the local area
Our home-made bread
Estonian rye bread (also known as black bread) is a point of pride in the world of Estonian food. We first started experimenting with home-made bread ourselves over ten years ago and haven’t been able to stop since.
We sell our bread in our little bakery, in the Nõva general store, the OTT store in Haapsalu and in some markets.
